What information usually belongs in the file?
The exact contents depend on the job, but a useful file makes clear which location, date and components belong to the cleaning work.
- Location and execution date
- Extraction hood, filter area, duct and motor context
- Which parts were cleaned
- Which parts were not accessible
- Photos or reporting when agreed
- Name or reference of the executing company
Why complete scope matters
A certificate has value only when the relevant scope is correct. If only the visible hood was cleaned, it does not automatically say anything about the grease duct or extraction fan.
Safe explanation for insurance or inspection questions
A certificate and photo proof can help as supporting documentation for administration, inspections or insurance questions. They do not guarantee acceptance by an insurer.
Frequently asked questions
Is a certificate the same as photo proof?
No. Photo proof shows images. A cleaning certificate describes the completed scope when it is complete and verifiable enough.
Do I receive a certificate after partial cleaning?
Partial cleaning is usually not enough for a complete certificate scope.
