Through this website, visitors can contact us, request a quote, chat with the assistant or share extra information through WhatsApp.
When you submit a form or chat message, we may process details such as name, email address, phone number, company name, city, message content, selected service, preferred date, source page, language, referrer, UTM campaign data, IP address and browser information.
If you explicitly allow location access for a quote request, we may also store approximate location data to better assess the request.
When you submit a career application form, we may also process details such as full name, email address, phone number, city, desired role, availability, experience summary, additional message and the uploaded CV file.
The weather feature in the website header is optional. By default, we show general weather for the Netherlands. If you do not allow location access, the website remains fully usable.
When you explicitly allow local weather information, we use approximate coordinates to show weather around your building or visit area. This preference may be stored locally and, where applicable, linked to your anonymous visitor reference so the website can show local weather again on a later visit.
You can clear the saved weather location through the “Reset weather location” button. This removes only the weather location preference and does not remove your visitor number, contact requests, quote requests or chat history.
Browser permission for location access can be managed separately in your browser settings. We do not sell location data and we do not use this weather feature for cross-site tracking.
We use this data to answer your question, qualify your request, prepare a quote, contact you and manage our service follow-up.
When you use the chat, messages may be stored so a team member can follow up and so the assistant can use context for a better reply.
Career application data is used to receive open applications, review profiles, discuss relevant candidates internally and contact applicants when a suitable next step may be possible.
By submitting a contact form, quote request or chat message, you confirm that you have read this privacy policy and that we may use your data to handle your request.
Marketing communication is optional. If you do not consent to it, we will not use your data for general commercial follow-up outside your specific request.
We do not sell your data. Data may only be used by authorized team members or technical providers required for hosting, email, security, chat, administration, file storage or website management.
When you use WhatsApp, that channel is also subject to WhatsApp/Meta terms and privacy rules.
We keep contact requests, quote requests and chat conversations for as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, administration, security, quality control and legal obligations.
Career application data and CV files are retained for as long as reasonably needed to review the application, manage internal follow-up and handle possible next steps.
When data is no longer needed, it may be deleted or anonymized.
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data. You may also object to certain processing.
